1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Roll cookie dough into a 1/4 inch circle on a baking dish. Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool 10 minutes then loosen from pan. Cool completely.

3. Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread on cookie.

4. Peel, core and slice apples and dip in lemon lime soda to prevent browning. Arrange on cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

5. Heat caramel topping and drizzle over the top. Sprinkle nuts on top.
